Why can't I sign in to my account?

You may have a different Username, email address or even multiple accounts.  We also require JavaScript to be enabled.

Here is where you can reset your Username or Password. The password reset link will expire 30 minutes from the time of your request. 

If you are not receiving emails from Starbucks, your account may be registered under a different email address.  Also, check your junk folder and adjust your filters to allow emails from Starbucks.
