I can't find my Starbucks Cards in the Starbucks mobile app. What should I do?

First, ensure that you are signed in the correct Starbucks account in which your Starbucks Cards are registered.  If you are having problems with your Username or Password, go here.

To find your Starbucks Cards on the Starbucks App for the iPhone®, select “Pay” on the Starbucks app home page - this will bring you to your primary Starbucks Card. To see other cards registered to your account, simply swipe right. If you want to see more details about your cards, reload or manage them, select “Pay” from the Starbucks app home page, and then swipe from right to left.

To find your Starbucks Cards on the Starbucks App for Android™, you will see your primary Starbucks Card when the App first opens. To see other cards registered to your account, swipe left or right to view them.
