How do I return the Sterling Silver Starbucks Card?

Returns of the Sterling Silver Starbucks Card cannot be made at Starbucks stores and will only be accepted by mail to Starbucks Customer Care Center. Refunds for the Sterling Silver Starbucks Card will only be provided for unused Cards that are returned in original packaging with the original store receipt or gift receipt. Customers must contact the Customer Care Center at 1-800-782-7282 for complete instructions. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, taxes and insurance. Returns may take up to 60 days from receipt of required materials. Starbucks is not liable for lost, undelivered, or damaged merchandise.
