It's been a long time since I used my account. I've lost my registered Starbucks Card or can't remember my login for the app. How can I take advantage of an offer or start earning Stars again?

If you no longer have the Starbucks Card associated with your Starbucks Rewards account, you have two options:

  1. Download the Starbucks app [all of your registered Cards will be visible] -or-
  2. Add a new Starbucks Card to your account.

When you log into your account on the app or web, use your existing account information. If you received an offer by email, use the account associated with the email address where you received the offer. If you created your Starbucks account after 2012 using iOS app or after January 2013 using the web, log in with your email address.

For older accounts, log in with your username. You can always click "forgot username" and follow the prompts.
