I only see “Menu” on my app’s navigation. How do I place an order?

To access the Order feature of the app, make sure you’ve enabled Location Services for the Starbucks app.  

For iOS:

  • Go to your phone’s Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
  • In the list of apps, scroll to the Starbucks app and select either “While Using” or “Always”.
  • Open the Starbucks app and tap “Menu”.
