It looks like I lost a year of Gold Status in the transition to the new Starbucks Rewards™. Is this possible?

Don't worry! You have not lost a year. Your status has remained the same, it's just showing up a little differently in the app.

If your app was previously showing a later year (like 2017), the app will now indicate you need 0 Stars to maintain Gold Status for another year. This can be seen in History image below, you are all set to requalify for another year of Gold on October 10, 2016.
