I bought an eGift with the iMessage app and sent it to my friend but she says she didn’t get it. Can I resend it?

To confirm that you did actually send it, please check your text history since the eGift bubble may still be visible. If not, you can view your unsent eGifts at the very top of the eGift assortment within the Starbucks iMessage app under "Ready to Send". You can then send the unsent eGift to the desired recipient. If the eGift did get sent but the recipient somehow still didn't receive it, please contact our customer call center.
