Can I return products to Starbucks stores?

No, we cannot accept returns in Starbucks retail stores.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your coffee, tea, or syrup purchase, you may return it to for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

All merchandise and drinkware sales are final. As of October 1, 2017, 11:59 p.m. Pacific. is no longer available for customers to purchase products online or by phone.
