Can I return Store.Starbucks.com products to Starbucks stores?

No, we cannot accept Store.Starbucks.com returns in Starbucks retail stores.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Store.Starbucks.com coffee, tea, or syrup purchase, you may return it to Store.Starbucks.com for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

All merchandise and drinkware sales are final. As of October 1, 2017, 11:59 p.m. Pacific.

Store.Starbucks.com is no longer available for customers to purchase products online or by phone.
