Why doesn't Google Assistant understand the food item I am trying to order?

For launch, we focused on the free-form ordering experience for beverages because of the complicated nature of our menu, and because of the varied ways our customers order beverages. If it does not understand your food item, try using the official name of the product as it appears in the Starbucks Mobile Order & Pay app. Over time, we will be addressing food items to improve understanding of the way our customers order.
