With the lobby area being closed during the COVID-19 outbreak, how can I return merchandise?

We are temporarily pausing all merchandise returns until lobbies are reopened. For purchases with receipt made after Jan 1, 2020, we will honor the return policy for 60 days after the store’s cafe reopens.
